Skull Illustrations by Liane Plant

These wicked skull illustrations, reminiscent of old wood engravings or linocuts were created by Liane Plant. While I was perusing her gallery I saw a photo of her holding a heart and snake canvas. I realised then that I had briefly met her at Boxpark, Shoreditch as she was starting that very piece. Liane was a part of a larger show curated by fellow skull lovers, Skull & Heart.

Liane Plant is a young London based artist and founder of Valkyrie Skates. Not much into skating myself but I certainly like these decks.
