As you may have picked up from previous posts, The Skull Appreciation Society is run by Craig and Doug A.K.A Mr Four Fingers. So we love skulls as much as you do and here is one of our recent skull designs currently up for voting on Design By Humans. Pretty damn awesome skull bandana designed by Chris over at Pale Horse Design. It’s a limited edition screen print on lightweight fabric with dimensions of 21″ x 21″ and can be bought from the online store for $10.
A few months ago Alex Konahin’s skulls were bouncing around various blogs leaving a trail of appraise in their wake. So it seems only fitting that his amazing skulls have found their way here. Alex creates his skulls with a dip pen and ink and they generally take around 2 weeks to complete. Both of his Skulls as seen below were commissioned by clothing label Heretics. I own the Mexican skull t-shirt an let me tell you it’s one great illustration and the t-shirt itself is very good.

It’s when I see skulls like these that I re-think how I draw and realise I that I have much to learn. If you don’t know the name Macarthur, you do now. The man has insane talent and is not know for simple drawings. If you like patterns and a dash of madness and you should love Iain Macarthur.
