Skull Collages by Steven Quinn

Steven Quinn, a Belfast-based artist, is a motion graphics designer who also likes to dabble in the world of photography, design and making collages. These skull collages are a small part of his series which I recently found on Juxtapoz.

The skull collages below appear to be untitled but as always, if I have gotten something wrong then flag that shit up :)

Skull Bags by Elizabeth Dunn and Mr Four Fingers

As you know, if you have read the actual previous posts instead of just gazing at all the amazing skull imagery we love sharing, we run an art and illustration blog called Mr Four Fingers and we recently held our first exhibition at the Haggerston Espresso Room. The exhibition was a huge success and we also collaborated with a couple of up-and-coming designers and one of the collabs resulted in these cool skull bags..

These skull bags were the end result of our collaboration with the talented Elizabeth Dunn. Elizabeth creates bespoke handmade shoes and hand bags and wanted to try adding some extra skull-flavour to her amazing designs. We happily obliged and painted 2 different skulls onto separate pieces of leather which were then sewn on to the hand made bags.

The bags are available to buy from the Mr Four Fingers online shop for £180.

Jacky Tsai’s Floral Skulls

Jacky Tsai, a designer who used to work for Alexander McQueen, is currently working on his own fashion line. These decorative floral skulls are stunning and are part of a larger body of work which includes a number of prints, sculptures and drawings.

We’re glad to see you doing your own stuff Jacky. Hopefully we’ll be seeing more skulls from him in the future!

David Mach’s Match Stick Skull Sculptures

David Mach is a London based artist and creates sublime sculptures out of match sticks – the ongoing series is called Matchheads. This beautifully detailed, and highly flammable, skull is on fire, literally and metaphorically.
